Desiree LaNiece's dance journey began in her intermediate school, which offered a magnet program for fine arts. This early exposure to dance laid a solid foundation for her future endeavors. During her high school years, she joined the her high school drill team and rose to the position of dance officer in her junior and senior years. This role allowed her to train with renowned choreographers and judges in the entertainment industry from "So You Think You Can Dance", "Step Up", "Stomp the Yard" and more.
